- If an order is canceled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including the shipping charges.
- If you want to cancel a part of the order, then the shipping charges will not be refunded.

Bharathi Organic Foods offers free shipping on all its products within Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Kerala, Karnataka, and a few other locations based on Quantity. Shipping charges are applicable to other states and the charges will be calculated as per the logistics partner guidelines.
You can check the status of your order at any time by logging in at BharathiOrganicFoods.com. We will mail you the details of the tracking number of your package once the products are dispatched. You can also track the status of your package at our logistics partner’s website. It may take up to 24 hours for the logistics partner to update your package status on their website.
Orders placed before 16.00 IST (Indian Standard Time) will be processed on the same day for the dispatch and the product delivered to your doorstep within two working days (only for orders within Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry). To other states, the product will be delivered to your doorstep within seven working days. Dispatch will be carried out only on working days. If an order is placed on a holiday, it will be processed only on the next working day.
We offer easy return service, please contact our customer care they will assist you with the process. Please write an email to email@example.com or contact our customer care number with the order reference for an easy process.
- All return requests should be initiated by the buyer within 3 days of receiving their order.
- All price tags and labels on the product should be intact.
- The product should be unwashed, unused, and in an undamaged condition.
- Products like Freebies, do not qualify for replacement, exchanges, or refund.
- Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page do not qualify for returns.
- Missing manufacturer tags, and bills, from original packing, will not be accepted for returns.
- Any exchange or returns for reasons other than the above, the shipping charges if any, will not be refunded.
Unfortunately, BharathiOrganicFoods.com is not offering reverse pickup; you may have to self-ship the item through a reliable local courier service. Any amount you spend on sending the product by yourself will be reimbursed to your account (Maximum of 100 INR). Please mention the invoice number on the address label and send the product to the address provided by our customer service executive.
Refunds of payments will be processed within 7-15 working days from the date of product received at our premises or warehouse.
- For payments made through electronic means like the debit card, credit card, net banking, etc. refund shall be made in the same payment mode.
- Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank. In the case of nationalized banks, a delay can be expected for the refund to be visible in the account.
- We cannot offer a refund when the mobile number is not reachable/ switched off or buyer’s unavailability or wrong address or the item status is in transit or shipped.
Yes. You can request a refund for a part of your order if the order contains multiple sub-orders or products. You can get a refund only for one of the products. However, if a product comprises multiple items as a bundle, the amount of individual items will not be refunded.
